photo by John Thawley Lexington, Ohio – While the final results may not show it, B-K Motorsports had one of its most encouraging races of the season Saturday in the Acura Sports Car Challenge at Mid-Ohio. The No. 8 BP Lola B07/46 Mazda of Ben Devlin and Gerardo Bonilla was fast throughout the day but ran into a fuel vent issue with an hour remaining in the race. The team rebounded and got the Mazda MZR-R-powered prototype back on track to finish eighth in the LMP2 category.

Miller Dealerships Utah Grand Prix presented by the Grand and Little America Hotels and the premier of the feature film Speed Racer.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. MT at the Jordan Commons Megaplex 17 in the Salt Lake City suburb of Midvale. Track staff will set up a karting circuit in the parking lot with concession karts from the Miller Kart Track. Theater-goers can buy a ticket package ($15 for IMAX, $13 for regular) for a matinee movie that includes a movie ticket, lunch and karting.
